Welcome to Pivoteam, a platform designed for player development within team sports. Pivoteam is developed and owned by Majako AB. By downloading or using the Pivoteam app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the Pivoteam app, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

To use the Pivoteam app, your organization must have an active subscription agreement with Majako AB. The app is intended for use by coaches within subscribed organizations.

3. Subscription

Subscription plans: Organizations can purchase a subscription to follow a player development plan.

Payment: Subscription fees are billed periodically and must be paid in advance. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the app.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next billing period begins.

4. Trial Period, Right of Withdrawal and Subscription Cancellation

Trial Period

New subscriptions may include a free trial period:

• Team subscriptions include a 7-day free trial.
• Club subscriptions include a 30-day free trial.

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without being charged.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer and applicable consumer protection laws grant you a right of withdrawal, you may exercise that right within 14 days from the date you enter into the subscription agreement.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the right of withdrawal expires through our contact form:

The contact form may also be used as the standard withdrawal form.

Please note that your right of withdrawal may cease earlier if a paid subscription begins and the digital service is supplied in accordance with the section "Start of Paid Subscription" below.

Start of Paid Subscription

At the end of the trial period, your subscription automatically converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled beforehand.

By allowing your subscription to convert into a paid subscription, you expressly request that Pivoteam begins providing the digital service immediately.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• the service is supplied digitally;
• access to the service is provided immediately when the paid subscription begins;
• Pivoteam begins delivering the service immediately upon activation of the paid subscription; and
• your statutory right of withdrawal ceases once the delivery of the digital service has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once a paid subscription has started and access to the service has been provided, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation of Future Renewals

You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time before the next billing period begins.

Subscriptions can be cancelled:

• through the Pivoteam Dashboard; or

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for any current or previous subscription period.

After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current subscription period.

5. Use of the app

License: Majako AB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Pivoteam app for its intended purpose.

Prohibited actions: You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or any illegal activities.

6. User content

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the app.

Rights: By submitting content, you grant Majako AB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the app.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app and its content, including but not limited to software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Majako AB or its licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

9. Termination

Majako AB reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Majako AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

11. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sweden.

12. Changes to terms

Majako AB reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
